Lake Country senior hospitalized with ‘serious injuries’ after suspected hit and run

Police in Lake Country a suspected early-morning hit and run.

According to the RCMP, the incident happened in the 12000 block of Carr’s Landing Road around 6:40 am on Tuesday, Jan. 30.

The incident resulted in a Lake Country senior being transported to hospital with “serious injuries,” police said.

Anyone who witnessed the incident, or has any other relevant information, is urged to contact the RCMP.

That includes people with dash cam footage from the area between 6-7 am on Jan. 30, along with anyone whose home security cameras face Carr’s Landing Road.
