Kelowna weather: Potential storms, high of 23ºC, strong gusts

It’s Groundhog Day in Kelowna, weather-wise.

Environment Canada is once again warning of potential storms in the afternoon and early evening.

In the morning, the city’s in for a mix of sunshine and clouds.

The high is forecast to be 23ºC on Thursday.

Gusts of up to 40 kilometres an hour are anticipated later in the day.

Overnight, it’s expected to be mostly cloudy alongside a low of 13ºC.
